This agreement is between Menyo, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company that operates the AI Menu Generator at menyo.pro ("Menyo", "we", "us", or "our"), and you, the user ("you" or "your"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the services immediately.

These Terms govern your use of Menyo.pro, an AI-powered platform for creating and managing digital menus and QR codes.

2. Definitions

• Service: The Menyo.pro platform, website, and associated tools.
• User: Any person or business that accesses or uses our services.
• Content: Any data, images, menus, or other materials submitted or generated by users.
• Menu: Digital restaurant menu created and managed using Menyo.pro.

Menyo.pro allows restaurants and other businesses to create, manage, and publish AI-generated digital menus accessible via QR codes. Features may include:

We may change or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription pricing and features are listed on our website. Payments are securely processed by our payment partner, Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

7. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at contact@menyo.pro within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using Menyo.pro, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and process your content solely for operating and improving the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All Menyo.pro content, features, and functionality (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Breaking any laws or regulations
• Uploading harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Hacking, disrupting, or misusing the service

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menyo, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or to comply with legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
